The B.Ed., course combines the practical training with knowledge in theoretical and empirical methods of teaching. The duration of the course is about two years after graduation. Opportunities for observation and practice teaching are provided in the Wesley Higher Secondary School, Emma Foulger School, the practising schools of the College and some other schools in the city.
Eligibility
Graduates of the University of Madras are eligible for B.Ed., degree programme. Admissions of Graduates from other universities is subject to the approval of the TamilNadu teachers Education university.
